The Problem

Business leaders often live in two different worlds.

Most churches disciple people well. Few have a practical strategy for discipling the people carrying extraordinary influence.

Sunday

07Worship
07Church
07Family
07Rest

Monday

08Hundreds of employees
08Millions of dollars
08High-stakes decisions
08Pressure & isolation

The weight they carry on Monday is rarely shepherded on Sunday. Talking to Titans exists to close that gap.

“I Wasn’t Trained for This.”

Seminary taught us how to preach. Almost nobody taught us how to pastor extraordinary capacity.

For years, Andrew was more comfortable challenging a college student to tithe than sitting across from a CEO and discussing a transformational gift. Then God began opening those doors.

“What works—and what doesn’t—when pastors talk to you about generosity?”

Hundreds of conversations later, the answer became clear: the challenge was not primarily fundraising. It was pastoring. High-capacity people still wrestle with fear, family, purpose, pressure, loneliness, legacy, and the question of what God wants them to do with everything entrusted to them.

Those conversations became Talking to Titans—four lessons that help pastors lead with authenticity, spiritual confidence, and courage.

The Defining Philosophy

It’s not really about money.
It’s about discipleship.

High-capacity people don’t need another person impressed by what they own. They need pastors willing to help them understand what God wants to do through everything they have been entrusted with.

Your job is not to be impressed by their success. Your job is to help them steward it.

Paul did not tell Timothy to avoid wealthy people. He told Timothy to pastor them—toward hope in God, generosity, good deeds, and life that is truly life.

What Is a Titan?

Capacity entrusted by God.

A Titan is not simply someone with money. The common denominator is extraordinary capacity—and the pastoral question is never merely how much they can give.

Financial capacity
Business leadership
Influence
Relationships
Property
Intellectual capital
Entrepreneurial ability
Strategic thinking
Professional experience
Community influence
Generational resources
“What has God entrusted to them—and what Kingdom opportunity might He be preparing them for?”

The Four Lessons

Four lessons every pastor needs to lead high-capacity generosity.

Build trust, shepherd the soul, connect generosity to divine purpose, and make a clear invitation without compromising the relationship.

01

Relationship Before Resource

See the person before you see the capacity. Never turn a person into a prospect.

02

Pastor the Person

Don’t be intimidated by the room. Their expertise does not diminish your spiritual calling.

03

Purpose Without Pressure

Guard your motive. Connect resources to Kingdom purpose rather than organizational pressure.

04

Invite With Clarity

Have the courage to ask. Clarity is kindness, and big vision deserves clear numbers.

Pastor the person. Steward the relationship. Raise the vision. Make the invitation.

The Talking to Titans Flywheel

Relationship becomes trust. Trust opens the door to purpose.

Deeper Relationship

Pastors and business leaders in meaningful conversation

From Success to Significance

Many leaders want to build something that outlives them.

Legacy. Children. Grandchildren. Eternal impact. The pastors who understand these questions can help leaders move from accumulating resources toward deploying them for Kingdom significance.

People do not want to be valued for their wealth. They want to know their wealth can have value.

The Three-Person Challenge

Start before you ever ask for a gift.

Think of three high-capacity people God has already placed in your life. Begin with curiosity, prayer, and presence.

  1. 01How can I pastor them?
  2. 02What dream has God put in their heart?
  3. 03What has God entrusted to them?
  4. 04What matters most to their family?
  5. 05What Kingdom opportunity might God be preparing them for?

“You don't need another program. You need a trusted place to learn, practice, and grow alongside other pastors.”

The Pastor Cohort is for pastors who want to disciple the Titans in their church with confidence, clarity, and courage.

The Conversation That Changes Everything

They don’t need to be admired. They need to be discipled.

Every church has men and women quietly carrying extraordinary influence. They build companies. They create jobs. They steward remarkable resources. They don't need to be admired from a distance. They need to be discipled. They need brotherhood. They need spiritual formation. They need pastors.

When pastors and marketplace leaders walk together, churches become stronger, communities flourish, and the Gospel advances. What begins as Talking to Titans ultimately becomes something much larger.

Building Kingdom Builders.
