About Andrew

A Pastor Who Learned to Sit at Both Tables.

For more than 35 years, Andrew Statezny has served the local Church—and learned how to shepherd the people carrying extraordinary capacity.

Andrew Statezny

Andrew Statezny has spent more than 35 years in full-time ministry helping churches, pastors, and leaders build relationships that move vision forward.

He currently serves as Pastor of Advancement at Wellspring Church in Southern California, where he leads strategic relationships, generosity initiatives, and major donor engagement connected to the church’s growth and future. Throughout his ministry, Andrew has worked alongside influential pastors, ministry leaders, business owners, entrepreneurs, and generous families across the country.

Before joining Wellspring, Andrew spent 10 years at Life.Church, serving under the leadership of Craig Groeschel and helping develop strategic ministry partnerships. Over the course of his ministry, he has also been involved in more than 70 church mergers and has served with some of the largest and most influential ministry organizations in America.

But Andrew’s greatest lessons have not come from fundraising strategies or organizational charts. They have come from thousands of conversations.

Over the years, Andrew noticed something important: many pastors are comfortable leading from a stage, caring for people in crisis, and communicating vision to a congregation, but they often feel uncertain when sitting across the table from highly successful business leaders, entrepreneurs, and families with significant financial capacity.

That realization became the foundation for Talking to Titans.

Andrew believes high-capacity people do not need to be treated like ATMs. They need pastors. They need meaningful relationships, spiritual leadership, a compelling Kingdom vision, and someone willing to speak honestly about stewardship, generosity, purpose, and legacy.

Through Talking to Titans, Andrew helps pastors and ministry leaders develop the confidence and relational skills to build genuine relationships with influential people without compromising who they are. He teaches leaders how to enter those conversations prepared, communicate vision clearly, ask better questions, steward relational equity, and invite people into opportunities where their resources, experience, influence, and generosity can make an eternal difference.

“The people are the wealth.”

When pastors learn to value the person before the gift, relationships become stronger, trust grows deeper, and generosity becomes a natural expression of discipleship rather than a transaction.

Andrew and his wife, Amy, have been married for more than 35 years and have two sons, Samuel and Ethan. After decades in ministry, his passion remains helping pastors become better leaders, better relationship builders, and better stewards of the people God places around them.
